We developed an EI Item Change Log with Session time stamp to ID theft or padding: As you can see below the user Jeff entered all 237 items into the app and then saved. This created a time stamp and the Food Cost was 54.3%. Then Jeff went back in 8 minutes later and changed 4 items and his food cost was 47.6%. He then went in a 3rd time and changed 1 item "Ribeye Steaks" to and EI of 82. This still did not yield the food cost he was expecting so he changed the Ribeye steaks again to 100
